Job Summary

Application Systems Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for analyzing workflows, tailoring system software to meet organizational needs, and maintaining application solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular communication and reviews of software to ensure alignment with business operations
• Perform analysis of workflows, data collection, and technical issues related to application software
• Design, build, test, and maintain solutions while ensuring compatibility with IT infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 4 years of operational or related application experience
• Application certification or proficiency status required within six months of hire if applicable
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and expertise in Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation
• Strong background in interfaces, integrations, and core HCM functionalities
