Application Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Application Systems Analyst, a full-time remote position requiring in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM applications, responsible for system design, analysis, and maintenance to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular communication and reviews of software to align with business operations
• Analyze workflows and technical issues related to application software usage
• Design, build, test, and maintain solutions while ensuring compatibility with IT infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 4 years of operational or related application experience
• Application certification or proficiency status required within six months of hire if applicable
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and strong background in Fusion integrations
• Prior experience with financial systems and ERP platforms preferred
