Application Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support the implementation and maintenance of Epic Ambulatory Systems, the full-time Application Systems Analyst will analyze workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and configure solutions while working remotely with occasional on-site requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for assigned system applications, ensuring a strong understanding of system functionality and business operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to assess needs and design, develop, and implement system solutions
- Analyze workflows and technical issues related to application use, ensuring alignment with IT infrastructure standards
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field required; 2 years of equivalent work experience may substitute for education; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of clinical, operational, or related application experience, or current related application certification
- For Analyst level, 3 or more years of related application build experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of build experience within responsible software applications
- Software application/module certification or proficiency in at least one software application or system upon hire
