Job Summary
To support the deployment and development of hospital application software, the full-time Application Systems Analyst II will analyze software functionality, collaborate with project teams, and lead optimization efforts within an integrated healthcare system in Phoenix, AZ.
Key responsibilities
- Independently analyze existing and proposed vendor-supplied software to ensure compliance with clinical health system workflows
- Utilize specialized software tool sets to enable functionality and provide measurable customer service
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office to lead IT deployment and optimization initiatives aligned with performance improvement objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Nursing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Three years of healthcare, consulting, or IT-related experience in application software deployment and development
- Preferred certifications related to business, clinical, or financial applications/systems
- Preferred professional clinical licensure (e.g., RN, Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy) if supporting clinical application systems
- Ability to perform workflow analysis and translate outcomes into software functionality
