Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Administrator II to manage the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Administers ServiceNow platform including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Participates in implementing ServiceNow updates and collaborates with stakeholders for issue resolution
• Provides technical support for ServiceNow components in complex environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 2 - 4 years of related experience in ServiceNow administration
• Knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Incident Management and Change Management
• Certified as ServiceNow - System Administrator (CSA) is desired
• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting users and roles within ServiceNow
