Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Analyst to join their Enterprise Payment Solutions organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage installation and maintenance requests for the SmartPay platform
Execute a variety of tasks efficiently while maintaining performance targets
Provide remote software installation services and support for the SmartPay platform

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 18 months of experience in a financial institution, fintech, or technical helpdesk setting
Ability to work an on-call rotation
Experience navigating different software platforms for configuration updates
Professional attitude towards change and business needs
Willingness to work from 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time
