Applications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Analyst in Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Researches and seeks solutions to problems while improving workflow and processes
• Assists in evaluating systems and implementing enhancements to existing applications
• Consults and communicates with clinical and administrative staff to support application usage

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
• Experience with clinical assessment, planning, and protocol development preferred
• Previous teaching/training and project management experience
• ITIL course completion required within one year of hire
• Strong knowledge of hospital clinical and administrative operations and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
