Applications Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely within the United States, the full-time Applications Analyst will manage installation and maintenance requests for the SmartPay and Ensenta platforms, ensuring software applications are fully functional while providing outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently, maintaining performance targets and completing daily assignments
• Provide remote software installation services and troubleshoot issues as necessary
• Work on special projects that support the business, often under aggressive deadlines

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in a financial institution, fintech, or technical helpdesk setting
• Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods for problem-solving
• Willingness to work 8:00am - 5:00pm CST and participate in an on-call rotation as needed
