Applications Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance workflow and improve patient safety, the full-time Applications Analyst will manage system evaluations, project management activities, and application support while collaborating with clinical and administrative staff in a remote-eligible position.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct system evaluations and implement enhancements to existing applications
• Perform project management activities, including analysis, design, and implementation of application software
• Consult with clinical staff and users to optimize application usage and improve departmental workflow

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
• Experience with EPIC upgrades, integration, and clinical information systems implementation
• Knowledge of Telehealth and various integration projects in a clinical setting
• Previous teaching/training and project management experience
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hospital operations
