Applications Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance workflow and patient safety, the full-time salaried Device Integration & Mobility Applications Analyst will manage application software analysis, design, implementation, and support while collaborating with clinical and administrative staff in a remote-eligible position.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct project management activities and assist in evaluating and implementing enhancements to existing systems
• Consult extensively with clinical staff and administrative users to improve departmental workflows and processes
• Research solutions to problems and contribute to the overall improvement of application software usage

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
• Experience with EPIC upgrades, integration, and testing
• Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and clinical information systems implementation
• Previous teaching/training and project management experience
• ITIL course completion within one year of hire
