Applications Analyst Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Analyst, Associate who will manage and support the organization's information technology resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, implement, modify, and install low-complexity systems in various operational environments
• Assist with testing and supporting system upgrades and improvements while creating technical specifications and documentation
• Troubleshoot application issues, submit service requests to vendors, and adhere to system standards and best practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in a clinically related field, health informatics, or computer science
• 2 years of related experience in electronic health record suite or healthcare experience, or completion of an IT bridge program
• Basic knowledge of system development life cycle and application development procedures
• Must be certified in Epic module(s) appropriate to area of responsibility within 90 days of training, if applicable
