Key Responsibilities

• Align technology solutions with business strategies by advising on system functionalities and implementation requirements
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and vendors, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
• Identify opportunities for technology application to improve business processes and support strategic system goals

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT collaboration
• Strong technical knowledge related to business processes and products
• Understanding of project management concepts for cross-functional project execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and completion of Epic's proficiency program within 90 days of hiring
