Job Summary
A company is looking for an Applications Analyst II for their Enterprise Payment Solutions organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage installation and maintenance requests for the SmartPay platform
- Execute a variety of tasks efficiently while maintaining performance targets
- Provide remote software installation services and support special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in a financial institution, fintech, or technical helpdesk setting
- Ability to work an on-call rotation one week each month
- Experience navigating different software platforms for configuration updates
- Willingness to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST
- Professional attitude embracing change to support business needs
