Applications Analyst II

Job Summary

To support the Digital Applications department, the full-time salaried Applications Analyst II will manage the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions while providing application support and leading small to medium-sized projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a detailed understanding of application functionality and collaborate with end users to define requirements
• Build and configure systems to meet requirements, execute testing, and resolve issues while providing excellent customer service
• Lead small to medium-sized complex projects and participate in after-hours on-call support as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with eight years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with six years, or a Bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience in IT or related fields
• Experience in supporting applications within a healthcare environment
• Proficiency in technical and analytical skills for tailoring systems to meet specific requirements
• Ability to develop test scenarios and execute testing while identifying and resolving issues
• Experience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors
