Job Summary
Working fully remotely, the Applications & APIs Lead Consultant will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing exposure risks across application ecosystems, including web applications and APIs, while partnering with engineering teams to drive effective remediation strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Translate application findings into exposure intelligence and prioritize based on exploitability
- Identify and analyze attack paths involving authentication flaws and insecure APIs
- Provide clear remediation guidance and collaborate with application owners to validate closure
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in application security, AppSec engineering, or exposure management
- Strong understanding of web security fundamentals and common API/application attack patterns
- Ability to translate technical findings into business risk and practical engineering solutions
