Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the application development roadmap, modernizing legacy systems and guiding migrations to cloud and alternative platforms
• Lead and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
• Oversee system integrations, ensuring secure and reliable data flow while monitoring progress and resolving blockers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
• 4+ years in software development and 5+ years as a hands-on engineering manager
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop engineers through regular feedback and career development conversations
• Technical expertise in modern development stacks, including languages such as Java or C# and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Some minimal annual travel required for people manager roles
