Applications Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Engineer to join their Technology Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and provision Microsoft-based EDI software in various environments
• Engage with consultants and customers for system upgrades and maintenance
• Provide specialized support to Tier 2 teams, including troubleshooting and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience
• Ability to understand and work effectively with technical data/processes
• Experience with programming languages such as Powershell and .Net
• Experience in SQL scripting languages
• 2 or more years of experience in the technology field preferred
