Applications Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Engineer to provide support for the sales force in applications, proposal work, and order management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and prepare professional proposals
• Use software to select optimal pumps and manage order processing
• Provide technical support to customers and act as a liaison between operations and customers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in rotating equipment, preferably pumps
• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
• Knowledge of municipal water and wastewater systems is preferred
• Familiarity with the municipal tender process is preferred
• Proficiency in pump selection software and MS Office
