Applications Engineer - Financial Systems

Job Summary

Supporting the financial applications portfolio, the full-time Applications Engineer - Financial Systems will administer and enhance the firm's financial applications, including Elite 3E, while collaborating with Finance, IT, and external vendors in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Finance & Accounting, IT, and external vendors for application support and enhancements
• Administer and configure Elite 3E and integrated finance applications for billing, accounting, and reporting
• Design and support finance-related integrations and maintain accurate financial data through reporting and dashboards

Required qualifications

• Progressive experience supporting legal finance applications in a law firm or similar environment
• Hands-on experience with Elite 3E or comparable legal financial management platforms
• Strong SQL and relational database skills, including the ability to write queries and support reporting requirements
• Experience with middleware/integration tools like Boomi or Biztalk
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
