Applications Engineering Staff Engineer

Job Summary

As a senior contributor and subject-matter expert in Material Information Management (MIM), the full-time Applications Engineering Staff Engineer will support customers in implementing and adopting materials data management platforms, collaborating across engineering and IT teams, and delivering technical workshops to drive best practices in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a senior contributor and subject-matter expert for Material Information Management (MIM) within customer and internal engagements
• Support and guide customers through the implementation, integration, and adoption of materials data management platforms
• Deliver technical workshops and presentations that build confidence and drive adoption of best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering, engineering software, or technical consulting roles
• Strong understanding of product development processes and data flows across the engineering lifecycle
• Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with Material Information Management (MIM) or enterprise materials data management
• Experience in engineering data management, PLM integration, or digital engineering workflows
• Working knowledge of database systems and data modeling concepts
