Applications Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Management Consultant (3E).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application guidance to clients and collaborate to meet business needs
• Analyze and resolve complex application and data integrity issues
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related experience in Legal Technology or Professional Services
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Preferred experience in Elite 3E or within a law firm/legal services environment
• Knowledge of VB, C#, SQL, XML, and Web Services
