Applications Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Solutions Architect to design and support application integrations and custom solutions for enterprise and strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Account Executives to drive pre-sales technical engagements with prospective customers
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, technical environments, and integration needs
• Design custom solutions using APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting role, preferably in a SaaS or UCaaS company
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and application integration best practices
• Experience with at least one major programming/scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js)
• Prior experience with UCaaS/CCaaS products
• Knowledge of telephony concepts, SIP, and VoIP protocols
