Applications Specialist Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the onboarding of Project Management Offices (PMOs) to ProjectPlace, the remote contract Applications Specialist Lead will manage application configuration, provide end-user support, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective system design and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Leads meetings with IT and business areas to gather and document application requirements for new PMOs onboarding to ProjectPlace
• Creates complex artifacts for system design and implementation while providing maintenance and support for assigned applications
• Collaborates with vendors to implement necessary application changes and manage support tickets for unresolved issues

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in an IT or Business-related discipline, with a minimum of six years of relevant work experience in technical tool administration
• Alternatively, a minimum of eight years of related work experience in technical tool administration without a degree
• Experience in creating, testing, configuring, updating, and scripting technical tools or applications
