Applications Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Support Analyst - Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide routine healthcare information system and application support
• Research, analyze, and recommend improvements for application workflows
• Create and maintain training documentation and reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred
• One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interface preferred
• EPIC certification must be obtained within six months of hire
• Experience with software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases required
• Basic knowledge of ITIL philosophies and relevant laws and regulations preferred
