Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine healthcare information system and application support in Epic Tapestry Benefits
• Research, analyze, and recommend application workflow improvements
• Gather, analyze, design, develop, modify, test, implement, evaluate, and maintain information technologies to support business needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Preferred area of focus in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or related field
• One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interface preferred
• Information Technology (IT) certification must be obtained within six months of hire if applicable
