Applications Support Analyst

Job Summary

To support the effective implementation and maintenance of Microsoft 365 applications, the full-time Applications Support Analyst will optimize usage, resolve support issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance overall efficiency, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 applications while ensuring seamless upgrades
• Gather and analyze business requirements to develop and recommend application workflow improvements
• Create and maintain training documentation and lead training sessions for users

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or a related field
• One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interface preferred
• IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire and within three attempts of testing
