Job Summary

To support hospital billing operations, the full-time Applications Support Analyst will perform routine healthcare information system support, resolve incidents, and assist in training documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Investigate and escalate support issues while resolving incidents and service requests
  • Create and analyze reports to recommend application workflow improvements
  • Conduct training sessions and maintain training documentation for users
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or a related field
  • One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interface preferred
  • Proficiency with software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
  • IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire, if applicable
  • Experience with hospital billing and revenue cycle, as well as EPIC, highly preferred
