Job Summary
Supporting healthcare information systems, the full-time Applications Support Analyst will perform application support, resolve incidents, and assist in training documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and escalate support issues while resolving incidents and service requests
- Create and analyze reports to recommend application workflow improvements
- Lead training sessions and develop training documentation for users
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or a related field
- One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interface preferred
- IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire, if applicable
- Experience with EPIC Tapestry is highly preferred
- Basic knowledge of ITIL philosophies and state/federal regulations is helpful
