Applications Support Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting healthcare information systems, the full-time Applications Support Analyst will resolve incidents, assist in training documentation, and recommend workflow improvements while working remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine application support and resolve service requests
• Analyze and recommend improvements for application workflows
• Create and maintain training documentation and reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Preferred focus in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or related field
• One year of relevant experience in application support or related areas preferred
• IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire if applicable
