Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Applications Support II.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support and troubleshoot failures in a complex application and data warehouse environment
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues and enhance BI systems' stability and performance
• Develop and maintain documentation, technical procedures, and knowledge articles

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica or equivalent ETL application
• Familiarity with ActiveBatch or comparable enterprise scheduling applications
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with various database sources such as Oracle and DB2
• Understanding of SDLC processes and experience in an operational role
• Ability to navigate Linux/Unix environments and read shell scripts
