Applications Support Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), the full-time remote Applications Support Engineer will ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of digital banking production systems while collaborating with various teams to resolve escalated issues and enhance service efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Customer Support, and Operations teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently
• Monitor production systems for performance, availability, and reliability, responding to incidents and performing root cause analysis
• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, production support, or system administration
• Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices
• Proficiency in basic SQL queries and experience with Linux/Unix CLI
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and basic API diagnostics using Postman
