Job Summary
A company is looking for an Applications Support Engineer in Chicago, IL or Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational, Integration, Build and Manage Support
- Create and maintain documentation, including solution requirements specifications, application configuration and operational runbooks
- Support in systems integration, webservices, backend infrastructure, cloud security, and build/release engineering
Required Qualifications:
- US Citizens and Green cards are Preferred
- Experience in supporting applications and tools
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Experience in customer support and ticket tracking/resolution
