Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain training items and curricula in SuccessFactors LMS
Act as a point of contact for training-related LMS requests and support new learning initiatives
Follow SOPs and participate in process improvement initiatives to ensure compliance and audit readiness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years of LMS or application support experience may substitute for degree
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS
Experience troubleshooting LMS issues related to user access and assignments
Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus
