Applications Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Providing technical support for Epic Cadence & Welcome applications, the full-time Applications Systems Analyst will manage development, testing, integration, and implementation tasks while working remotely to support business functions across the health system.

Key responsibilities

• Assist IT teams with product selection and technical evaluation to ensure compliance with enterprise-wide requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation for program development, modifications, and troubleshooting
• Act as a liaison to health system departments, ensuring proper use of IT resources and maintaining high service levels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Two years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a Bachelor's degree; four years with an Associate's degree; or six years with a High School diploma/GED
• Experience in developing and maintaining system documentation
• Ability to design, code, test, debug, and document programs and interfaces
• Preferred certifications include Epic Cadence, Epic Welcome, and Epic Prelude
