Applications Trainer

Job Summary

Responsible for building, testing, and maintaining the training environment, the full-time Applications Trainer will deliver end-user training and support while participating in workflow design and system build, with flexibility for remote and onsite work as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, schedules, and deliver end-user training for assigned applications
• Participate in workflow design and system build to understand system functionality and workflows
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate unresolved matters, and analyze new functionality to enhance training methodologies

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of training experience preferred
• Area-specific certifications required after hire
• Strong background in system configuration and clinical/business systems analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software
