Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian and strong proficiency in English for reporting and collaboration
• Proven competitive coding credentials, such as Kaggle Master+ or ICPC medalist
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with a deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning
• Experience in turning complex datasets into actionable insights for business or product strategy
