Applied AI Developer

Job Summary

To support the HR Data and Analytics team, the full-time Applied AI Developer will design and develop AI-powered applications, build shared infrastructure for agentic AI systems, and integrate LLM APIs into enterprise applications, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new AI-powered applications with browser-based and conversational interfaces for HR functions
• Build and maintain infrastructure supporting agentic AI applications, including AWS EC2 servers and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and data scientists to translate needs into AI solutions and ensure system scalability and reliability

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in analytics, data science, software engineering, or a related technical field
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices
• Experience working with APIs, web applications, and data pipelines
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to critically evaluate generated output
• Exposure to data warehouses like Snowflake or similar
