Applied AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Applied AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable, production-grade applied AI systems using advanced AI techniques
• Engineer robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-step agentic workflows
• Establish and manage evaluation frameworks for complex AI agents, focusing on reasoning and task completion

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Applied AI Engineering or a closely related role
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks
• Demonstrated success in deploying applications powered by generative models in a production environment
• Deep experience designing and optimizing RAG pipelines and evaluating multi-step AI agents
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
