Applied AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Applied AI Engineer, AI Experiences & Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship creator-facing and visitor-facing AI experiences from prototype to production
• Design multi-agent workflows incorporating various AI functionalities and controls
• Optimize AI features for latency, reliability, cost, and safety based on production feedback and data

Required Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in shipping production systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered products, agents, or similar AI experiences
• Experience in building evaluation systems for AI output quality
• Strong product sense with the ability to identify user problems and simplify solutions
• Good judgment regarding safety, trust, privacy, and failure modes in AI systems
