Applied AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support global pharmaceutical clients, the full-time Applied AI Engineer will build production-grade AI agents, design agentic workflows, and integrate generative AI solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI agents for specialized tasks involving multi-step reasoning and autonomous decision-making
• Design and implement reliable, production-grade pipelines orchestrating LLMs and external tools
• Evaluate and optimize agent performance through structured testing and observability

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents or agentic systems in production
• Deep familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in backend service development
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and managing their lifecycle in real-world applications
• Ability to evaluate and debug agent behavior through structured evaluation methods
