Applied AI Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating cross-functionally, the full-time Applied AI Engineer will design and deploy production-ready AI agents for strategic customers, working remotely to accelerate revenue and enhance the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy production-ready AI agents, integrating with customer CRMs and telephony systems using Python and TypeScript
• Engineer voice experiences by tuning speech synthesis and turn-taking to meet customer requirements
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance and capture product gaps for feedback to Engineering

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles with experience in SaaS or AI/ML solutions
• Expertise in deploying LLM-based agents and voice stack technologies such as ASR and TTS
• Proficiency in Python with knowledge of TypeScript or Go for building production integrations
• Familiarity with contact center domain knowledge or AI agent platforms
• Experience contributing to voice agent benchmarks or deploying in regulated industries
