Applied AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-powered insurance products, the full-time Applied AI Engineer will design, build, and optimize features that integrate AI into product workflows, working remotely within a global engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI-powered product features for insurance workflows
• Evaluate model performance and improve AI outputs through data analysis and user feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end AI features

Required qualifications

• Strong software engineering background in production environments
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Proven ability to integrate AI features into real products
• Understanding of API-based system integration
• Experience with experimentation and evaluation frameworks
