Applied AI Engineer

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the full-time Applied AI Engineer will design, prototype, and operationalize AI and analytics solutions to automate workflows and improve decision-making, while collaborating with operational leaders and data engineering teams to deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build applied AI and machine learning solutions to address operational challenges
• Independently create end-to-end proofs of concept to validate AI and analytics ideas
• Collaborate with data engineering to scale and operationalize successful AI solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in building and deploying AI solutions
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in writing maintainable code
• Hands-on experience in building applied AI or ML solutions, including predictive models and NLP applications
• Demonstrated ability to independently create end-to-end proofs of concept, including data wrangling and modeling
