Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Applied AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain production-grade AI systems and customer-facing features remotely, focusing on agentic workflows, backend services, and retrieval systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade AI systems and customer-facing AI features
• Develop agentic workflows using LLMs, retrieval systems, and backend services
• Monitor and improve production AI systems for quality, reliability, and observability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend engineering fundamentals
• Proven experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs and related technologies
• Experience designing and implementing retrieval-augmented generation systems
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and automated testing
