Job Summary

Building AI-native systems for financial services, the full-time remote Applied AI Engineer will create AI agents, workflows, and tools that automate real workflows and improve product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and automations to address customer and operational challenges
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and quickly build valuable solutions
• Transform manual processes into scalable, AI-enabled systems while ensuring compliance and user trust

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in building AI agents, LLM applications, or automation workflows
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
• Strong judgment on automation opportunities and real-world constraints
• Experience in fintech, banking, or related automation fields is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to ship working systems and improve reliability over time
