Applied AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing AI team, the full-time Applied AI Engineer will enhance an AI-powered platform, optimize AI/ML models, and partner with business stakeholders, working remotely with some travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve a production AI application, troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvement
• Build AI solutions by fine-tuning models, designing product enhancements, and implementing workflow automations
• Collaborate with business teams to translate challenges into technical solutions and help define the AI roadmap

Required qualifications

• Strong Python development experience
• Experience training, tuning, deploying, and supporting AI/ML models
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud-based AI platforms
• Strong SQL and database knowledge
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party services
