Applied AI Engineering Leader

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Applied AI Engineering Leader, the full-time position will focus on accelerating AI adoption across Investment Management, addressing business challenges in areas such as investment research, portfolio analytics, and technology delivery, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Scale AI solutions across business domains to ensure consistency and extensibility
• Lead applied AI initiatives by partnering with various teams to identify practical use cases and translate business challenges into scalable solutions
• Promote engineering scalability by driving the adoption of AI-enabled practices and reusable capabilities across technology teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in technology, data science, AI, or software engineering
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and modern software delivery practices
• Proven ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solution designs
