Applied AI Field Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applied AI Field Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify customer pain points and translate them into AI automation designs
• Design and configure Proofs of Concept (POCs) using no-code tools to demonstrate real-time data processing
• Act as a trusted advisor on AI best practices and provide feedback to Product Management to enhance user experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building or deploying AI/ML solutions
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture
• Strong understanding of unstructured data and its transformation into structured value
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
• Technical proficiency in AI concepts and the ability to simplify them for non-technical stakeholders
