Applied AI Lead

Job Summary

Driving AI innovation, the full-time Applied AI Lead will identify and prioritize opportunities across the business, build and deploy solutions, and iterate on projects to achieve significant improvements in company-wide KPIs, all while working remotely from anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and size AI opportunities within the business, determining the most impactful projects to pursue
• Lead the end-to-end process of building, deploying, and iterating on AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report regularly to senior leadership on project progress and impact

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a 0-1 operations or startup role
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and integrating models and APIs
• Proven track record of identifying and solving critical business problems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively
