Applied AI Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applied AI Scientist to lead the research, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning and AI systems in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of machine learning and AI models
• Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve model performance
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• B.S, M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
• 0-3 years of hands-on industry experience applying Machine Learning or AI
• 0-1 year of hands-on experience with Generative AI and agent development
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Familiarity with designing and implementing evaluation pipelines for AI performance
